CARETAKER/RESOURCE

In our organization, the work of the caretaker is diverse and varied. You will work in a team close to the tenants, and everyone in the team has total responsibility for ongoing property maintenance within a geographical area. This primarily includes external and internal maintenance, cleaning, minor repairs, and some administrative tasks.

In this position, you will be based in our collaboration area Innerstan but will also function as a resource within the entire ABK management. The role may cover for example sick leave, vacation, or temporary workloads in other areas as needed.

We require that you have at least a high school education.

We would like you to have experience in gardening and property maintenance, as well as familiarity with gardening equipment, which is a plus.

The position requires some computer skills and administrative abilities.

Your personal qualities are important to us. We want you to be positive and outgoing, have a good attitude, be versatile, and possess a strong work capacity. You must be able to work both independently and in a team.

You should also understand and have the ability to put the customer/tenant at the center.

As the position involves a flexible working method as a resource, we want you to enjoy working in different teams with good collaboration skills.

The position is full-time and permanent.

Start date is by agreement.

A driver's license is required.
